How can I book a ride?

You can request a taxi ride by phone, online via our booking form, or through WhatsApp. Your ride will be confirmed once all details (pickup location, destination, and time) have been provided.

What should I do if I can’t find my driver?

If you do not meet your driver at the agreed location, please contact our central office immediately at +49 152 24 25 00 00. We will resolve the situation promptly and, if necessary, provide a replacement vehicle.

What should I do in case of flight delays?

For pre-booked airport transfers, we allow a waiting time of up to 10 minutes after the scheduled arrival time for delays without any additional charge. Please inform us of any delays as soon as you know your revised arrival time.

How are cancellations handled?

Rides that are not canceled in a timely manner may be subject to a cancellation fee. In the industry, this is usually a moderate flat rate or a percentage of the fare, for example, 15% of the agreed price. The exact amount is calculated individually based on the effort involved.

What happens to lost items?

If you leave something in one of our vehicles, please contact our customer service immediately. Found items are kept for a certain period, and we will help you recover your lost belongings as quickly as possible. Please provide, if possible, precise details about the time and trip to make the search easier.

Am I allowed to eat or drink in the taxi?

Out of consideration for cleanliness and comfort for all passengers, we recommend avoiding food and open drinks on short trips and consuming beverages only in closed containers. If any spills or messes occur during the ride, please inform us briefly so that other passengers are not affected. Maintaining cleanliness is an important part of our service standards.

Are pets allowed in the taxi?

Bringing pets is generally allowed, but it should be announced before the trip. Small animals must be kept in a suitable transport carrier; for larger dogs, prior arrangement is requested. The driver decides on a case-by-case basis, taking into account safety, hygiene, and the well-being of all passengers.

Is smoking allowed in the taxi?

For hygiene and health reasons, smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or any other smoking products. We ask our passengers to respect this rule to ensure a pleasant and clean environment for everyone. In case of violation, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees.

What payment methods are accepted for my taxi ride?

You can conveniently pay for your ride directly to the driver – either in cash or by EC/debit or credit card.
